With over 15 years’ experience in Change Management, Training Design & Delivery and Continuous Improvement, Dinesh has worked across multiple sectors including Telecommunications, Public Health and Supply Chain.    

Having acquired a broad base of experience and expertise to draw from Dinesh enjoys identifying business needs, developing capability, and embedding solutions into new ways of working.  

 During his time as a Change Consultant with Kambium, Dinesh has led several end-to-end change management engagements for business transformation. He is specialised in change strategy, communications and training design and delivery. 

 Versatile, resourceful, and resilient, he excels in capturing, synthesizing, and developing information. Along with strong communication skills he fosters meaningful and ongoing relationships with his clients.  

 Dinesh is Certified APMG Change Practitioner.
